Scott is a Business Development Manager for KBF and was the previous principal of Apple Loans (Qld) since its formation back in 2006. Scott has been in the banking and finance industry for over 40 years in a range of roles that has given him experience and knowledge across a variety of lending types. This experience allows him to provide clients with the very best service for even the most complicated finance proposals. Out of the office Scott is a passionate supporter of the Sydney Swans and the Wallabies. He is a keen squash player and likes a round of golf and enjoys a glass or two of red wine.

Lindsay has lead teams in retail, Optics & property delivery outstanding results, she is all about delivering the best customer journey. Lindsay has been in the finance industry since 2022 as a Broker Support Associate, and when she isn’t looking after our clients, Lindsay is a sports enthusiast and loves the Great outdoors.

With a solid background in Financial Services, Scott began his career in the residential and commercial insurance industry before moving into mortgage broking. Outside of work, Scott is a keen surfer and triathlete, currently training with the goal of one day competing in the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.

Apart from being a BSE, she loves to go cafe hopping during weekends and enjoys random jam sessions with her friends

She is always committed to keeping things organised and done efficiently to ensure that things are running as smoothly as possible. Beyond the desk, Carmel is a fur mum of 2 dogs and 8 cats, is obsessed with caffeine, and loves exploring new places.

Patrick has been a Broker Support Expert for the past two years, with strong experience in administrative support within the mortgage broking industry. He also brings a solid background in customer service and technical support. Patrick has a good understanding of mortgage processes and is known for being a fast learner and problem-solver. He takes pride in completing tasks accurately and efficiently. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys travelling on his motorbike, discovering new places, and staying active with volleyball. He’s also passionate about music, producing tracks and playing instruments like the guitar, piano, and bass.
